VanDuser will focus on managing relationships with local builders and developers, primarily in the areas of commercial development, project financing, acquisitions and client development.
A seasoned banker with over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, VanDuser will work with Cardinal’s outstanding team of local lenders developing business relationships throughout the region. VanDuser served most recently as a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Management Officer with Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Group. She has extensive experience in hospitality lending, credit and collateral analysis, and real estate underwriting.
