Third Party Logistics Provider Named Highest Third on List of Notable Private Companies, Recognized for Development in Talent and Leadership

The annual ranking of the best companies for leaders is based on a survey of large, private organizations with minimum revenue of $1 billion worldwide and their utilization of best practices in leadership development, and was featured in the January/February 2014 issue of Chief Executive magazine. Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers were ranked one and two respectively.

Companies were evaluated on four criteria: Having a formal leadership process in place; the commitment level of the CEO to the leadership development program; the depth of the leadership funnel as measure by the percentage of management positions filled by internal candidates; and, the number of other companies that report recruiting from the company being evaluated.
