COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lancaster Pollard has announced the hiring of Lisa Vecchietti to expand the firm’s investment banking and mortgage banking finance activities for income-restricted and subsidized rental properties. The hiring follows the news of Liz Diamond’s hire in October and signals the firm’s continued interest in growing its affordable housing group.
Lisa Vecchietti will be responsible for clients in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas, and will be based in the firm’s Austin, Tex., office. She has more than 11 years of experience in affordable housing. Prior to joining Lancaster Pollard, she worked at Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA) as a senior financial analyst in its affordable housing group. Previously, she worked for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) in various roles, most recently as a program administrator in the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP).
“The addition of Lisa to our Austin office is another important step in our expansion of the affordable housing group nationally,” said David Lacki, managing director of Lancaster Pollard’s affordable housing group.
“As our affordable group continues to grow, we will rely on our thorough understanding of programs, such as FHA, USDA, Fannie Mae, low-income housing tax credits and municipal finance, to allow us to creatively combine financing options to achieve the most effective outcome for our clients.”
