LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Group today announced the appointment of Nick Lee as Head of Client Management, UK & Ireland.
Reporting to Phil Sharpe, Chief Operating Officer, UK & Ireland, Nick will be responsible for driving forward ACE’s customer service proposition and ensuring that the group’s client relationship management processes for our global clients deliver a quality of service that is commensurate with ACE’s underwriting capability.
Nick joined ACE in March 2010 as Client Relationship Manager for the UK & Ireland Major Risks business where he played a pivotal role in driving growth. Prior to this he spent 20 years at Willis, latterly as Account Director in their Corporate Risk Solutions Division.
Nick will be closely supported in his role by Global Client Executive, Shaun Edwards.
