NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Joseph A. LoCicero, President & CEO of The Segal Group, has announced that the firm has acquired the assets of the Human Resources Consulting Services Group of The Waters Consulting Group, Inc., located in Dallas, Texas. Waters, founded in 1976, is one of the most experienced firms in the field of public sector Human Resources and compensation consulting. Clients are primarily municipalities and public authorities.
Mr. LoCicero said, “This acquisition significantly expands Segal’s resources and client base in one of the fastest growing areas of public sector consulting – compensation, job analysis, job evaluation and performance management consulting. We are very pleased to welcome Waters’ clients and staff to Segal.”
Waters Consulting Group staff members, many with careers in public and private sector HR and compensation spanning several decades, have joined Segal and Segal has acquired the clients they work with. Segal has also acquired the Waters Consulting name and has branded its Public Sector Compensation Practice as Segal Waters Consulting, with staff in three offices, Washington, DC, Phoenix and Dallas.
New staff members include:
- Ruth Ann Eledge – VP and Senior Compensation Consultant. She will manage the Dallas team.
- Linda Wishard – Senior Compensation Consultant, Dallas.
- Linda Cobb – Consultant, Dallas.
- Joyce Powell – Senior Compensation Analyst, Dallas.
- Cristy Reetz – Compensation Analyst, Dallas.
- Lillian Elizondo – Compensation Analyst, Dallas.
