SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AlphaCipher Acquisition Corporation (d/b/a “Vadium”) today announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Hulak to the Company’s senior executive team as Senior Vice President – Corporate Development. Mr. Hulak brings more than 20 years of corporate development experience with such highly respected companies as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, BEA Systems, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs & Co.

About Mark Hulak
Mr. Hulak has over 20 years of international experience in corporate development, M&A banking and private equity at such firms as Microsoft, BEA Systems, Hewlett Packard, JP Morgan and Goldman, Sachs & Co. He spent 6 years at Microsoft in their Corporate Development Group leading a team supporting various Microsoft business units in acquisitions, investments and divestitures, and managed Microsoft’s China Investment Program. Prior to joining Microsoft, he led the M&A practice at BEA Systems (which was acquired by Oracle) and led a team in Hewlett Packard’s Corporate Development Group. While at JP Morgan he started in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and left the firm in 1996 as a Vice President of Private Equity Investing. He began his career as an Equity Sales & Trading Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He attended Yale College where he earned a BS with honors in Electrical Engineering (and completed the requirements for a BA in Economics), and Harvard Business School where he earned his MBA.
