NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rouse Properties, Inc. (NYSE:RSE) (the “Company” or “Rouse”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.50 per share, for net proceeds of approximately $130.5 million after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses (or approximately $150.2 million if the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares is exercised in full).
