Merger will strengthen USIIC’s focus on creating jobs in economically distressed areas

SAN JOSE, Calif.--()--U.S. Immigration Investment Center (USIIC) announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Vaam and Associates Inc., (Vaam) a leading provider of commercial real estate services in California since 1999.
