MJR Theaters Selects Cinedigm’s Web-Based Digital Cinema Software, “ENTERPRISE WEB”

Product Continuing Trend of Swift Adoption and Favorable Reception by Nation’s Leading-Edge Cinemas

LOS ANGELES--()--Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) today announced that MJR Theaters has signed an agreement to use Cinedigm’s newest industry changing, web-based, circuit-wide operational and oversight software, ENTERPRISE WEB, in all of its existing and upcoming theaters. ENTERPRISE WEB expands the rich functionality of the Cinedigm “Theatre Control Center” (TCC3) theatre management system for operational insight and centralizing some controls for every theatre in the circuit. MJR had previously used TCC2, the predecessor to TCC3, in their theaters.

ENTERPRISE WEB allows exhibitors to oversee their entire operation from anywhere in the world on any handheld or desktop device. This includes circuit-wide efficiency monitoring, programming the preshow, creating rules to ensure the proper ads and trailers are automatically added to show playlists, and transferring files to the proper players during off-peak time periods.

“The combination of using TCC3 and ENTERPRISE finally allows us to realize all of the operational efficiencies that digital cinema presents,” said Mike Mihalich, CEO and Founder of MJR. “We are using Enterprise to make our operation more streamlined and efficient as well as provide more home office oversight in our efforts provide an excellent customer experience.”

“ENTERPRISE WEB provides unprecedented executive dashboard visibility into circuit-wide operations for exhibitors,” said Dan Sherlock, President of Cinedigm Software. “We have been demonstrating the product at shows around the world and already, many exhibitors have expressed an interest in realizing the operational efficiencies that Enterprise Web offers. Today’s leading cinema operators recognize their need for the visibility and functionality that Enterprise Web delivers to operate in the ‘on the go’ age of mobile applications.”

ENTERPRISE WEB premiered during Cinemacon earlier this year, and “soft” launched on August 1st with Southern Theatres, Goodrich Quality Theaters, Pacific Theatres and Neighborhood Cinema Group as charter clients for this impactful web application, allowing for un-tethered operational controls from wherever a circuit manager happens to be provided they have an internet connection.
