Novices, amateurs, men and women alike will appreciate personal insights from Canada’s most esteemed chefs on everything from butchery techniques and selection of the leanest cuts of meat to slow cook methods and favorite recipes, including special flavors and influences from Mexico.
The Canadian Beef Culinary Series by Karisma will take place the second week of each month at El Dorado Royale, A Spa Resort, El Dorado Casitas Royale, and Generations Riviera Maya by Karisma. The weeklong program will be an additional cost of $300 per person. Canadian Beef, select wines and individual elements of the Jackson Family Wines program will be featured at the resorts throughout the entire year; a la carte rates for wine and ad hoc experiences start at $35.
