Balfour Beatty Communities Earns Top Customer Service Honors for Navy Northeast Housing

12 Balfour Beatty Communities-managed properties across the Navy Northeast portfolio recognized with prestigious CEL “A List” award

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa.--()--Positive comments and high scores from Balfour Beatty Communities residents across their Navy Northeast housing portfolio helped the company earn a 2013 Multifamily Real Estate Award for Customer Service Excellence at 12 Navy Northeast properties. Also known as the CEL & Associates “A List” award, it recognizes the industry best in customer service within multifamily property management.

As part of the nationally sponsored survey, residents across the BBC-managed Navy Northeast housing portfolio graded the company on everything from leasing and operations, to housing unit features, appearance and condition, as well as quality of maintenance, resolution response time, resident communications, and other important service criteria.

Balfour Beatty Communities earned 12 awards for properties across their Navy Northeast portfolio, including housing communities at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (NJ), Naval Station Newport (RI), Naval Submarine Base New London (CT), Naval Support Unit Saratoga Springs (FL), and Naval Weapons Station Earle (NJ).
