LONDON & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As part of their continuing global expansion efforts, London-based Hanover Search Group has named Scott McKenna Associate Partner, Hanover Search (US) Inc. reporting into Managing Director, Tom Carter. The Hanover Search Group is one of the largest and most recognized executive search brands both in the UK and Internationally within the Financial Services sector, and especially in insurance markets. Established in 1996, Hanover has consistently featured as one of the top 10 boutique search firms within the Executive Grapevines annual survey of the global recruitment market.

McKenna has over 15 yeas of executive search experience, having successfully conducted more than 300 engagements in the financial services, consulting, and business services sectors.
Prior to joining Hanover, Scott led executive recruiting for a Fortune 250 financial services company that focuses on four core businesses; life insurance, annuities, defined contribution, and group protection. There he was responsible for enterprise-wide recruiting for executive and senior level positions as well as managing team build-outs. Functional areas included; marketing, human resources, legal, finance, actuarial, distribution and investments, (portfolio management, real estate, variable annuity hedging, alternatives, fixed income, risk management and analytics.)
Earlier in his career Scott was responsible for executive and diversity recruiting at a Fortune 200 business services company. Previously Scott spent nine years with a boutique executive search firm leading searches in the asset management/insurance sectors.
Scott earned his B.A. from Villanova University and his M.B.A. from Georgetown University and began his career in banking, working for a bank/wealth management firm that focused on high net-worth clients. Scott has three children, two in college and a junior in high school.
