Presidio Bank Announces Partial Repurchase of Perpetual Preferred Stock

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Presidio Bank (OTCBB: PDOB), a Bay Area business bank, announced today that it had repurchased 4,256 shares of its Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock from a private investment fund. The purchase price for the $1,000 par value shares was $957.50 per share resulting in an aggregate purchase price of $4,075,120.
