LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading business process outsourcing (BPO) partner arvato has appointed Damon Rosenhan as its new Global BPO Director, based in the US.
In his new position Damon will focus on operating and growing arvato’s finance and accounting (F&A) BPO partnership with Microsoft. An innovative managed service model, the partnership processes approximately 80% of Microsoft’s global revenues and includes teams in Dublin, Reno, Fargo, Monterrey, Singapore and Manila. He succeeds Debra Maxwell who took over the role as Managing Director of arvato UK & Ireland’s Public Sector business unit earlier this year. In 2012, the arvato and Microsoft partnership received the ‘BPO Contract of the Year’ award by the European Outsourcing Association.
Rosenhan joins arvato from the finance and accounting division of Xerox Business Services where, as Vice President of Sales and Solutions, he was responsible for the overall growth of the business and the development of new BPO solutions. Having been in the BPO industry since 1998, Damon has held a number of senior positions across the industry, including six years at Accenture.

Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is married with four children and speaks Japanese.
