Mr. Fletcher brings over 40 years of engineering experience in the automotive and trucking industries. A fuel efficiency specialist, specifically in the combination of vehicle systems, drivetrain and aerodynamics, Marty has also served as a Party Liaison to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) for accident investigations, particularly for accidents involving collision avoidance systems, a Participant Fleet Administrator for the Intelligent Vehicle Initiative conducted by the DOT, NHTSA, and FMCSA and a Fleet Administrator for the EPA SmartWay Program.
