Malte Farnaes joins the firm as Of Counsel. Malte represents businesses and individual clients in a broad range of contingency litigation matters, including business torts, antitrust disputes, and class actions. Malte has extensive experience handling intellectual property, real estate, employment, commercial, construction, and class action cases. Malte is a 2002 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Mr. Farnaes has lived in California for more than 30 years.
Christina Lucio joins the firm as an Associate and practices primarily in the firm’s business and commercial litigation practices. Christina received her J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2007. Christina’s experience includes all phases of litigation in a variety of practice areas including class actions, employment, trade secrets, contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, banking, intellectual property, construction and real estate.
