SEOUL, South Korea--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) today announced that The Republic of Korea made splendid achievement of winning from 15 fields including 4 Gold Awards, 4 Bronze Awards, and 7 Special Awards at 2013 Taipei Invention Show & Technomart, which was held Sep. 26-29 in TWTC, Taiwan.
Clean Angle (Kim Jeong Hyeon, Oh Jin Su) was awarded Gold Award and Special Award by Taiwan Invention Association. Also, Bridge Inspection Boom System capable of Multi-Scanning (Korea Expressway Co.) was awarded Gold Award and Special Award by Association of Polish Inventors & Rationalizers, and Low noise asphalt concrete pavement improved by aggregate distribution (Korea Expressway Co.) was awarded Gold Award.
A hygienic finger cap made of food packing boxes (Lim Jong Woo, Yoon Seong Hoon, Kim Kyeong Jun) was awarded Gold Award.
Also, D-runner block (Park Du Kang, Kim Ju An, Nam Cheong Jae, Seol Dong Sun), Foot Cooling Pad (Song Han Jong, Kim Min Soo), Smart Charger (Jeon Woo Seok, Kim Min Joo), and User Access control Device and Method (Lee Jem Yeong, Jang Tae Hwan) were awarded Bronze Awards.
Moreover, D-runner block and Smart charger were awarded special awards by National Research Council of Thailand, and User Access Control Device and Method was awarded the Special Award by International Intellectual Property Network Forum as well.
Device for Preventing Exhaust Gas Inflow in Vehicle (Lim Jong Woo, Park Min Hong) and A pet bottle bulb to which an appropriate technology applied (Park Min Hong, Baek Tae Seung, An Seong Jae) were awarded the Special Award by International Intellectual Property Network Forum.
The 9th Taiwan Invention Show & Technomart is reputable international invention show that is supported by Taiwan government and is known as a place of the largest scale of invention in China Region and new technology. In this year, 21 countries participated in the show and 2,000 inventions were applied.
