SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Western Heritage Insurance Company named Kathy Szur senior director of Programs. Kathy will report to Western Heritage president Anthony Washington and will lead the dedicated Programs team in working with program administrators to vet, build, and maintain quality programs.

With her extensive business experience, Kathy is set to grow our Programs division while making a positive impact on the programs industry.”
Kathy has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Western Heritage, Kathy held the position of regional vice president at First Nonprofit Insurance Company in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kathy also previously served as vice president of underwriting and program marketing for CNA.

Kathy received a Nonprofit Management certification from Arizona State University. She serves as vice chair of the board of directors for Gabriel's Angels, a non-profit helping at-risk children through pet therapy. She also volunteers as an adoption counselor at Foothills Animal Rescue.
