He previously served as Vantage's Chief Financial Officer, a role he has occupied since the company's inception in 2002.

Salomon, 48, has been instrumental in Vantage's successful growth from a pure start-up to a leading oncology care provider with 62 treatment facilities across 15 states, with more than 175 physician partners and affiliates and more than 900 employees. As COO, he will be responsible for overseeing Vantage's nationwide network as well as a number of operations-facing departments such as Physics, Reimbursement Operations, Strategic Support Services and Human Resources, among others.
