DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CompuCom, a leading technology infrastructure services company, today announced it is positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s new Magic Quadrant for End-User Outsourcing Services, North America*.
Eight out of 19 IT services providers evaluated by Gartner were named as Leaders, with CompuCom positioned the farthest on the “Ability to Execute” axis. In addition to its leadership position in this premier report, CompuCom has been included in the Desktop Magic Quadrant, North America and Help Desk Magic Quadrant, North America for 11 consecutive years, with the past nine years in the Leaders Quadrant.
Today's announcement caps a string of 2013 announcements from CompuCom as the company previewed its revamped portfolio, which includes End-User Enablement, Service Experience Management, and Cloud Technology Services.
