KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Music City U.S.A. will be the site of the HGTV Smart Home 2014. Construction is underway on the Tudor-style residence in Duncanwood Reserve in the desirable Green Hills area of Nashville, Tenn.
Consisting of three bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, the HGTV Smart Home 2014 will feature many of the latest technology trends to connect the home’s appliances and devices, and give the homeowner better control over energy use, security, interior climate and lighting.
