The $350 million floating rate 2-year note transaction which was executed on Tuesday, Sept. 17 and closed today is a continuation of the Toyota Motor Credit Corporation initiative to diversify its capital markets relationships to include service-disabled veteran owned and women and minority-owned investment banks in a senior management role.
