FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nitinol Devices & Components (NDC) today announced the appointment of Dan Lemaitre to the Board of Directors, effective August 28, 2013. Dan is the current CEO of White Pine Medical and recently served as CEO of CoreValve until its acquisition by Medtronic.
