Justin Black, PE
Civil — Hutchinson, Minnesota
Justin serves as the City Engineer for several cities in southern Minnesota. He has assisted these cities in planning, designing and building infrastructure that helps sustain and improve these communities. His background includes coordinating projects with city, county and state agencies. His experience also spans to working with private sector clients to develop solutions related to water, stormwater, wastewater, and other infrastructure needs.
Eric McClure, PE
Airport Engineering — Denver, Colorado
Eric’s 22 years of experience help SEH’s aviation clients develop and implement airport improvements to help provide safe travel and efficient operations as well as increase enplanements. Recently, Eric completed the design and construction of a new pilot training runway at Pueblo Memorial Airport. This $15M project is the first new runway to be constructed in Colorado in the past decade and will help Pueblo Memorial train nearly every Air Force pilot in the United States, as they move forward in their military careers. The new runway was part of the FAA Runway Action Safety Team Safety Improvement Project of the Year in 2009.
Matt Reid, PE
Civil — Virginia, Minnesota
Matt provides superior client service and project management for his clients in the Brainerd Lakes Area and carries on that approach in representing SEH on the Iron Range in northeastern Minnesota. He currently serves as the office manager and Senior Project Manager for the SEH Virginia, Minnesota office and leads a highly-skilled team of professionals to deliver top-quality service and successful projects for our clients. His expertise includes client service management, project management, and project engineering spanning many areas within the civil engineering discipline.
Bob Rogers, AICP
Transportation Planning — St. Paul, Minnesota
Bob is a Senior Planner with 18 years of experience in transportation and environmental planning. Bob is recognized as a technical expert in the requirements and processes of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Minnesota Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). This understanding helps to ensure clients are meeting the required regulations to keep their projects on course as well as protecting our natural resources. As recognition of his technical expertise, Bob serves on the company’s Technical Leadership Council, whose mission is to remain current on trends, issues, and technical approaches that help better serve our clients.
Jason Triplett, PE
Structural — Denver, Colorado
Jason is a Structural Engineer with 15 years of experience and is instrumental in carrying out the Bridge Inspection Program for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). His work is consistently thorough, reliable, and is trusted by the clients he serves. Jason has relationships with the key CDOT and U.S. Fish and Wild Life Service (USFWS) staff who coordinate the inspection programs and drive the re-selection process. Due to his successful client relationships, desire and ability to manage workload and clients, and willingness and ability to develop new clients and work, Jason is instrumental to the success of SEH.
Matt Wegwerth, PE
Civil — Grand Rapids, Minnesota
Matt joined SEH 11 years ago and serves as City Engineer for the City of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and three cities in surrounding communities. He also serves as a Project Manager for a variety of private clients located in northern Minnesota who are building and expanding their businesses and require engineering services. Matt manages the engineering design work in the Grand Rapids office and helps to mentor engineers who are in the midst of growing their skills and career.
