iQor Opening New Philippines Call Center in Dasmariñas, Cavite

Hiring up to 1,200 Customer Care Agents to Meet Client Growth

NEW YORK--()--iQor, a global provider of intelligent customer interaction and outsourcing solutions, announced today that it will open its fifth contact center in the Philippines in September 2013. iQor’s new call center will be located inside the SM Dasmariñas Mall on Governor's Drive, on the corner Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. Sampaloc 1, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

iQor is seeking to hire up to 1,200 customer care agents over the next 24 months in addition to supervisors, managers, trainers and call center professionals to help open the new site.

New employees will provide inbound customer care for a host of industries including telecom, mobile devices, financial services and more. iQor is actively seeking candidates with contact center experience, including customer care and sales. In addition, potential candidates should possess strong computer/keyboarding skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
