The new fast-casual concept is located in the heart of Manhattan at 55 Spring Street New York, NY.

Open to the public now, the new SoHo restaurant offers more than 20 menu items to satisfy every craving, from sweet and savory breakfast crepes, to light salad and tasty meat crepes, to mouthwatering desserts. Eight Turn Crepe recipes are made with high quality ingredients including fresh fruits and sweet berries, seasonal vegetables and homemade chocolate truffles. The company has developed a proprietary, first-to-market rice flour dough that is naturally gluten-free, as well as tofu-based sauce and yogurt whipped cream delivering a lower calorie experience with superior taste. The new eatery also offers drinks, including yuzulade and matcha latte (green tea), as well as La Colombe Coffee.

From August 1 through August 3, New Yorkers can enjoy a variety of Harajuku-themed activities and entertainment in-store to celebrate the launch of Eight Turn Crepe in the U.S. market. The Eight Turn Crepe concept originated in Ginza, Japan, with the opening of its first location in March, 2013. The SoHo restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
