LOS ANGELES & GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Odeon Capital Group, LLC (“Odeon” or the “Company”) today announces the appointments of Mark Levin and Bill Featherston in the Corporate Sales and Trading group in Los Angeles and Greenwich, respectively.
Mark Levin complements the firm’s existing employees in Los Angeles across research, sales and trading, serving primarily institutional clients. Odeon’s continued expansion into the Los Angeles market is intended to increase the firm’s share of this vibrant market.
“Odeon is one of the most dynamic boutique brokerage firms today,” noted Levin. “I am pleased to join their team of credit experts to help lead expansion, generate ideas and work together to grow the firm’s presence in the market place.”
Bill Featherston joins the firm’s Greenwich office in fixed income sales. Odeon’s Greenwich office has been open for almost four years and Odeon is excited to add Featherston’s depth of experience and longstanding relationships to the firm.
“Having watched Odeon grow and prosper while other boutique broker dealers have seemed to struggle has impressed me,” said Featherston. “I am excited to be joining this highly regarded team and look forward to growing with them.”
Odeon, a growing full service broker dealer founded during the financial crisis, has over 65 employees across six states with expertise in secondary trading of high yield fixed income, middle markets, equities, research and investment banking.
Mathew Van Alstyne, Co-Founder of Odeon, noted, “We continue to expand our firm’s credit product offerings and having Mark and Bill on board as key players, presents tremendous growth opportunity. Mark and Bill bring a wealth of expertise to the table for our institutional clients.”
Evan Schwartzberg, also Co-Founder of Odeon stated, “Odeon was founded on the premise that clients would be best served by a firm free of the conflicts of interest inherent to large financial institutions. Our belief is that a simple ideal – putting clients first – would be the key to foster success, attract talented professionals, and deliver the best results for clients. By maintaining the highest standards of excellence, Odeon best serves its clients, and the firm continues to grow.”
