The integrated agency will operate as Racepoint Group and retain the Digital Influence Group brand as a subsidiary. For clients, the opportunity will be to work with a fully integrated team of professionals with a depth of experience in earned, social and paid influence. Different from its competitors, which feature only portions of specific services or digital specialists, every team member in the combined entity is deeply immersed in social influence. Underpinning every engagement will be market and audience analytics, brand content, technology tools and award-winning creative. Clients will have the option to engage an entire menu of services or, depending on their needs, specific portions. Regardless, every campaign will be deeply rooted in this unique Racepoint Group methodology.

The integration is effective immediately. Reflecting its heritage and that of its founder, Larry Weber, the agency will emphasize deep domain experience, applying its methodology to four key segments: technology, healthcare and life sciences, digital consumer and public affairs. Digital Influence Group services will be immediately available in all three geographies where Racepoint Group has offices – the US, Asia and Europe.

Reporting directly to Weber and overseeing the combined agency is Peter Prodromou, who has been named president. Prodromou has been with the agency since its founding ten years ago and was previously Chief Global Accounts Officer. He will be responsible for global operations for the integrated agency with offices in leading capitals throughout the US, Asia and Europe. His background as Chief Global Accounts Officer, as well as his previous experience as partner of a creative agency, provides a powerful combination for driving this unified communications agency forward.

The senior leadership team includes managing directors Cathy Pittham in Europe, Andrew Laxton in Asia, Dan Carter in the US, and now Kevin Green to SVP, Global Digital Strategy & Marketing and Brian Babineau to SVP, Global Digital Services.
