Realty Income Corporation Announces Commencement of Public Offering of Common Stock

ESCONDIDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, (NYSE: O), today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
