WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cydcor, the leading provider of professional in-person sales teams, held its annual Keys to Success event at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. During the event, Cydcor team members and Cydcor’s network of independently-owned sales offices gathered together for an annual kickoff, recognition and training. Attendees heard business updates, attended educational presentations, witnessed a BMW bonus giveaway, and saw three executives receive major promotions.
The annual event was the first time that Cydcor’s corporate office of approximately 100 team members flew to the event to join the 700-plus attendees from the sales offices in lieu of Cydcor holding a separate event; they networked and trained side-by-side with the sales office owners, administrators, and other key members of the more than 300 offices scattered throughout North America.
“This year’s event was unique because it was the first time that Cydcor and the sales organizations attended this important event together,” said Chief Operating Officer Vera Quinn. “For weeks before, everyone was talking about the unique benefits of being with each other and taking advantage of the opportunity to learn, interact, and enjoy themselves. It was one of the greatest events we’ve ever had, and I’m so excited about the year to come.”
Unleashing their potential
With the theme, “Unleash Your Potential,” the attendees also took part in an awards dinner and learned more about how to fundraise for Operation Smile, a children’s medical charity. Cydcor is an ambassador for Operation Smile, and together with the sales offices, have high fundraising goals that they plan to meet over the course of 2013.

Fundraising for a cause
Attendees were encouraged to continue fundraising efforts for Operation Smile, and photos of recent fundraisers were shown. The upcoming “Day of Smiles,” where offices around the country and Cydcor team members would all fundraise on one designated day was also announced.
“The Day of Smiles is something we’re all looking forward to – the fundraising potential is astronomical with all of us doing it together,” said Quinn. “Last year, Cydcor and the sales offices reached our goal of $150,000 and were able to attend a mission in Rio. We’re hoping to raise enough for two missions this year.”
