Mr. Sutton has extensive program management experience in Army acquisition programs and experience at the Department of the Army. In addition to services, his experience spans multiple commodities including ammunition, combat and tactical vehicles, bridges and other engineer equipment and electronic sensors. His functional expertise covers the entire program life cycle from program development and justification, through competition, management, engineering development, production, and logistics sustainment. He gained this experience throughout his 46 years of military and civilian service to the Army.
