Alegent Creighton Health Adopts InteliChart’s Patient Portal

Health system taps InteliChart to improve patient engagement and enhance care quality

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InteliChart, LLC, is pleased to announce the successful rollout of the InteliChart patient portal at Alegent Creighton Health of Omaha, Neb. Following a pilot phase involving 7 providers at 1 practice, Alegent Creighton Health deployed the portal to an additional 221 providers located at 44 different practices. Key functionality immediately utilized by patients includes secure messaging, scheduling, prescription requests and alerts. Since the InteliChart patient portal embeds a personal health record, providers are also able to share clinical results and documentation with patients upon request or demand.
