Mead Johnson Board Increases Dividend by 13 Percent

GLENVIEW, Ill.--()--Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2013, a 13.3 percent increase from the prior rate of $0.30 per share. The board expects the annualized dividend to be $1.36 per share.

The dividend will be paid on April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at close of business on March 13, 2013.
