ORANGE, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO), a leading global provider of Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and related services, today announced that ERPTech SPA, which is owned by BT Italia, the largest alternative telecommunications operator wholly dedicated to the businesses segment in Italy, has adopted Tangoe’s Real-Time Telecom Expense Management (Tangoe rTEM) solution as a value-added offering to its customers. ERPTech will utilize customized versions of Tangoe rTEM to provide enterprise customers with a mobile communications solution bundle that includes content management, policy enforcement, video compression, secure access to content and corporate e-mail, as well as usage management and real-time expense monitoring of mobile devices.

Accordingly, the newly adopted Tangoe rTEM solution meets the individual needs of our mid- to large-sized customers.”

“We are both pleased and excited to work with ERPTech on the launch of SmartTEM in Italy,” said Dan Rudich, senior vice president of business development at Tangoe. “In Europe, travel to different countries is easy and done regularly, so it is essential to offer a solution that can help organizations track and control mobile costs as efficiently as possible.
