Chesapeake Lodging Trust Board Sets Date of 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

ANNAPOLIS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chesapeake Lodging Trust (NYSE: CHSP) (the “Trust”) announced today that its board of trustees has determined that the 2013 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Shareholders of record on March 22, 2013 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
