MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Valspar Corporation (NYSE: VAL) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 4, 2013.
