Dentsu Announces Prospective Members of the Board, Audit & Supervisory Board Member, and Executive Officers

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dentsu Inc. (TOKYO: 4324)(ISIN: JP3551520004)(President & CEO: Tadashi Ishii; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 58,967.1 million yen) today convened a meeting of its Board of Directors at its Head Office in Tokyo to select its prospective Director, Member of the Board candidates and Audit & Supervisory Board Member candidate to be nominated at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2013 (hereinafter "General Meeting of Shareholders"), and to announce the Executive Officer changes, which will become effective on April 1, 2013, as follows.

1.	Incoming and Outgoing Directors, Members of the Board

	As the terms of all eleven (11) Dentsu Directors, Members of the Board will expire at the conclusion of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the following individuals will be nominated as Director, Member of the Board candidates at the same meeting.

2.	Audit & Supervisory Board Member
	Kimiharu Matsuda will resign his position as a member of the Audit & Supervisory Board at the General Meeting of Shareholders. Kaoru Shimura will be nominated and elected as a member of the Audit & Supervisory Board at the same meeting.
