(NYSE: GNRC) (the “Company”) announced today an underwritten secondary offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock by funds affiliated with CCMP Capital (the “Selling Stockholders”) pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.
