Baja Fresh Opens New Prototype Baja Fresh Express at CSU Fullerton

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, the quick-casual fresh Mexican chain, announced the opening of its newest Baja Fresh Express in the CSU Fullerton, Titan Student Union Food Court. The new restaurant has been designed to fit within the new Baja Fresh Express prototype which encompasses Baja Fresh Express’s latest restaurant design, service and customizable menu. Customers will notice a distinctly new look with the use of natural wood, warm colors in this updated design. Additionally, the menu is designed to incorporate more customization with a build your own burrito section.
