The new restaurant has been designed to fit within the new Baja Fresh Express prototype which encompasses Baja Fresh Express’s latest restaurant design, service and customizable menu. Customers will notice a distinctly new look with the use of natural wood, warm colors in this updated design. Additionally, the menu is designed to incorporate more customization with a build your own burrito section.

The 600 square foot Baja Fresh Express is owned and operated by CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation.
