Ark Issues Statement

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ark Restaurants Corp. acknowledges receipt of a February 14, 2013 letter from Landry's, Inc. As Ark has previously stated, the board of directors of Ark is reviewing the Landry's proposal and will respond to it in a time and manner consistent with its legal and fiduciary duties. Duff & Phelps Corporation is serving as financial advisors and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP is serving as legal advisors to Ark to assist it in its review of the proposal.
