With her 25 years in banking and financial services, Ms. Pastor brings to the firm a wealth of experience in strategic planning, operations analysis, mergers and acquisitions, technology implementations, process improvement, revenue growth, and financial management. Prior to joining CCG Catalyst Ms. Pastor was an independent consultant and served tenures at RBS Citizens Financial Group, Capital One Bank / Chevy Chase Bank and SunTrust Bank.
