On the 11th February 2013 Mr Oliver Spurling, a Director of the Company, Purchased 274,080 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.75p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Oliver Spurling owned 26.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
