CSSI, Inc. Awarded $7.7 Million Contract with Department of the Navy

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSSI, Inc., a leading provider of technical, engineering and management solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded a Task Order on the Seaport-Enhanced Multiple Award contract from the Department of the Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC Lant).

Under the contract, CSSI will continue to support the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Enterprise Corporate Solutions (ECS) Service Centers with information technology, system administration, life cycle and system integration and management support in multiple locations. The contract, with a one-year base period and two option years, is worth $7.7 million.

CSSI will work with SPAWAR to increase efficiencies, streamline and improve reporting, as well as implement procedures and gather metrics that will inform process improvement. In addition, CSSI will evaluate programs and provide recommendations to improve program planning documentation and utilize Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) tools to perform NMCI inventory management and control. This results in more effective support of the warfighter from Navy assets.
