MONTERREY, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Jan. 22, 2013, Fitch Ratings assigned an 'AAA(mex)' rating to CEDEVIS 13U and an 'AA(mex)' to the subordinated instrument.
This is INFONAVIT's first RMBS in 2013 which is part of a MXP10 billion program. As of today, Fitch rates 24 INFONAVIT sponsored transactions under the CEDEVIS program, all senior notes are rated 'AAA(mex)', and are backed by 'INFONAVIT Tradicional' mortgage loans. The report provides a detailed up-to-date perspective on key credit characteristics of this issuance, such as the quality of the mortgage portfolio, credit enhancements, underwriting and servicing capabilities of the originator, as well as the financial and legal structure of the transaction.
