Island Hospitality Nears 80 Hotels with Management Contract for Hampton Inn Portland, Maine Downtown Waterfront

PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Officials of Island Hospitality Management, LLC, one of the nation’s largest hotel management companies, today announced that it has assumed management of the 122-room Hampton Inn Portland Downtown – Waterfront Hotel in Portland, Maine. The addition of this premier location brings the company’s total managed portfolio to 78 hotels in 22 states across the nation.

The six-story hotel opened in August, 2011 and is located at 209 Fore Street on the downtown Portland peninsula.
