- Timber Meadow is a 217 single-family home community in northwest Houston. The neighborhood is easily accessed by the Sam Houston Tollway and Interstate Highway 45.
- Park at Northgate Crossing is a 534 single-family home community in Spring, Texas. It’s close to Old Town Spring and The Woodlands Mall, and includes a pool. The community has easy access to Interstate Highway 45 and the Hardy Toll Road.
- Summer Park is a commercial development that will be part of a master planned community in Rosenberg, Texas. The community is within walking distance to Brazos Town Center.
