Marchex to Report Fourth Quarter 2012 Results on February 27

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCHX) today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter 2012 ended on December 31, 2012, on February 27, 2013 at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. At that time, Marchex will post the press release on the Press Center section of its corporate website (www.marchex.com/company/press).

Following the release, management will hold a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 27, 2013 to discuss the results and outlook for the company.
