--()--Ascend Humanitarian Alliance, a global leader in building sustainability and self-reliance in communities worldwide, today announced it is the beneficial charity at the ECO Hideaway Red Carpet Celebrity Charity Brunch at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, Sunday. The exclusive celebrity event will be held at The Chateau at Stein Erikson Lodge in Deer Valley.

Proceeds from the Ascend Humanitarian Alliance event at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival will benefit the continued legacy of Ascend's five year partnership with the Park City 5 Memorial Fund in building health, education and enterprise in Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru, in memory of five Park City high school graduates (ages 17-20) who died tragically in 2008.
