Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. to Raise Prices in the Americas for Epoxy Resins, Bisphenol A and Allylics

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. (“Momentive Specialty Chemicals” or the “Company”) today announced that it will increase the prices for Epoxy Resins, Bisphenol A and Allylics in the Americas as listed in the following table. Driven by increases in key raw materials costs, this price adjustment becomes effective Feb. 1, 2013, or as contracts allow. Momentive Specialty Chemicals account managers will contact customers to discuss this announcement in more detail.
