TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Liz Kemme, a community manager for Equity Management, an Associa company, received her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI).

The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. To earn the PCAM designation, a community manager must have five years of direct community management experience, maintain their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and pass all six of CAI’s M-200 level Professional Management Development programs, which cover community communications, leadership and governance as well as financial and facilities management.
A native of San Diego, Kemme began in the association management industry more than six years ago. She has managed both commercial and residential communities in her position. Prior to joining Equity, Kemme worked in the hospitality and advertising industries, and has years of customer service experience. She served on Equity’s Social Committee for more than four years, where she helped organize employee appreciation functions as well as Associa Cares fundraisers. Kemme received the Associa Individual Achievement Award in 2010.
